How a visit works
Three people and three devices, with one record from the moment a visitor arrives to the moment they leave.
Register
The guard captures name, phone, photo, host and purpose at the gate. Pre-invited visitors show their QR instead.
Approve
The host gets a WhatsApp message with the visitor’s photo and approves or declines in one tap.
Exit
The visitor receives a QR pass on WhatsApp. The guard scans it on the way out and the visit closes.
If a released visitor has not left, the host is reminded every 15 minutes until the guard records the exit.
